Tiger Woods Finally Proves He's Human? Crashes Escalade, Injured And Affair Allegations Swirl
Tiger Woods' wife emerged silently from their Florida mansion Saturday morning as police prepared to quiz her husband about his early-morning car crash

Elin Nordegren, a former Swedish model, wore sunglasses and ignored the assembled media horde as she drove off with the family pets - and then returned home a short time later.

She and the world's No. 1 golfer might have visitors later in the day: The Florida Highway Patrol, which is investigating the 2:25 a.m. wreck that left a dazed and bloody Woods lying in the street.

The crash came two days after a tabloid, the National Enquirer, published a story alleging that Woods was cheating on Nordegren, mother of his two young children, and having an affair with New York socialite Rachel Uchitel.

What do YOU think happened and made one of the icons of celebrity integrity falter?

That's the media for you. Always bickering and digging up information to make someone look bad and create a weeks worth of news coverage so they don't need to have fillers. Tiger's a proper man so why not just let him be. It's not like he's on steroids so lets keep that attention on football and baseball shall we?

What is this about? If Tiger had bought a Mercedes or Range Rover he wouldn't have been on the ground in and out of cautiousness? *sarcasm*

Turbo, your sarcasm is fully noted. Unfortunately, for us in North America, it is almost inevitable who the 21st century will belong to. But, if you look at history, in the previous ten centuries, one country had the highest GDP for nine of those, guess which one? They're just tying to reclaim what once was.

Believe it or not, people like celebrity news.

Especially, when it comes to autos, crashes.

already knew he was human. he had an overbearing dad, fell for a hot piece of ass, and now risks his lucrative image for a little strange on the side.

where is the post saying that this wouldn't have happened if he were driving a lexus

I tought I was on Autospies, not TMZ

001 wants to bring people onto his site, it's obvious.

Just as Toyota, 001 prefers growth over quality.

Do I have to point out everything to get you guys to think WHY this could be relevant outside of the Celeb factor??

An SUV the size of a small cottage hits a fire hydrant at a non-breakneck speed and the driver is trapped?

C'mon detectives, something is wrong here....

And I could care less about Tiger outside of the fact I hope he is alright and that he a great athlete.

I'm more concerned about how you get injured in such a large vehicle just hitting a fire hydrant.

I agree there's no reason for this article to exist on this site, but since it's here....

"I'm more concerned about how you get injured in such a large vehicle just hitting a fire hydrant."

I'd be more curious how he lost control if he wasn't driving at breakneck speed. FYI, he didn't only hit a fire hydrant, he also hit a tree. But I don't believe he was injured in the crash, I think he was fleeing from his golfclub swinging Norse goddess of a wife, who caught him with his hand in someone elses cookie jar at 2:33AM. She busted out the rear window of the SUV with a golfclub to extricate him from the vehicle? Riiiiiiight, because that's the window I'd think to break if I was trying to get someone out of an SUV, the one alllllll the way to the back of the vehicle. Not one of the rear passenger windows, not the passenger side front window, the rear one waaaaaaaay in the back. Makes total sense.

Bottom line, he was driving fast enough out of his driveway (his driveway!) at 2:33 in the morning, while not drunk, to lose control and wreck an SUV. If he wasn't drunk, the only way that happens is if you're trying to get away from something, like maybe a golfclub wielding Viking who just busted his rear window and cold cocked him in the mouth.

Looks like he went off the faiway, bouce on the pond and hit a tree. He's still lucky to end in the sand trap.

OK 001 ill allow you that point.

The injuries and story of him being trapped are inconsistent with the Size and Speed of the vehicle in question; However any half sensible car enthusiast will already know that.

Bottom line is Woods was trying to get away from a mad Swede with a Nike Club, was so scared shitless he forgot to buckle his belt, turned around
when he heard the club hit his back window and BAM!!! hit a tree.

This is what happens when your married to a Vike and decide to practice your putting on the beautiful course at Uchitel......
