Hyundai named the most fuel-efficient automaker in America
Hyundai topped the latest U.S. Environmental Protection Agency fuel economy report after only a year of having announced a promise to become the leading manufacturer in fuel economy.

This achievement is made all the more impressive when you consider that Hyundai beat all major carmakers in Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) including longtime leaders like Honda and Toyota. Hyundai’s value-driven fuel-efficiency strategy, which focuses on the intelligent application of cost-effective technologies, is highlighted in the report. It’s also apparent how Hyundai leads in the race to attain the government-mandated 2016 CAFE standard of 35.5 miles per gallon.

How does Hyundai have a combined 30.1mpg when they only have 1 car that gets above 30mpg combined? And that car is still only capable of 31mpg combined.
