Rumor: Upcoming Smart ForTwo will grow up
Mercedes-Benz is planning something really awesome. Here are the pictures captured of a mule of the next-generation Fortwo city car conducting some hot-weather tests in the south of France. Sources revealed that the new Fortwo will form the base for a lager, stretched Smart, currently known as the Fortwo+2.

Due to its limited space, the Fortwo has lagged behind rivals such as Toyota’s iQ. The Fortwo is bound to face more competition with more premium vehicles on the way, including Audi’s A1 and the rumored BMW Isetta. In fact, Smart has begun work on its own four-seater.

all the little cars were creamed against just mid size sedans.
