I live here and saw this after it happened. Ok, crazy guy wants his deposit back, dealer says no, he drives truck through window. Ok, the Ford GT in the showroom made it through pretty good. A total of 11 cars "were affected". A few plate glass windows, some flooring, some smoke. This is a an older Ford dealership remember. 1 million in damages is a real stretch here. I'm sure they put in for potential lost sales during the cleanup, emotional distress, bad public image damage, etc. I sure wish I had their adjuster working for me when I claimed my hurricane damage!
