Report: 2011 Audi A1 not coming to the U.S.
Audi recently gave more details about its subcompact 2011 A1, which will likely make its world auto show debut at Geneva. In a statement, Stefan Sielaff, head of design at Audi AG, said that the A1 design is inspired by two models — the Audi Metroproject Quattro concept and the Audi A1 Sportback study.

Sielaff also said that there would be many ways to customize the production A1, especially with the interior.

Good, keep the brand strong. I don't ever wanna see this thing here.

BMW did a good move by not bringing that ugly 118i thing over here...I hated those in person.

At least the 1er is based on the 3er, it shares about 90% of the parts.
Other manufacturers, such as Toyota or Jaguar try to lure customers into buying low end cars at premium prices. (Mondeo/X-type, Avensys/HS250h, Camry/ES)

The 1er worth every pennies. I'll always go for quality over quantity.

Plus, it's equipped with the best chassis/engines combo on the market.

Aggain, remember the mondeo ? (oops I mean X-type)

Since when is the 118i quality, or any BMW for that matter...I mean come on, that interior, it's pretty awful. Nothing quality about it. I know this is BMWspies and this comment will be deboosted anyways, but open your eyes fanboy...that is not quality.
