And the winner of the WORST vehicle at the Chicago auto show is....?

Even the gentlemanly Magic Johnson couldn't change our opinion on this hodgepodge of a makeover...

Our worst pick at the Chicago auto show for 2006 is the 2007 Lincoln Navigator and Navigator L.

What is with that grill?

Looks like a cartoon image of a kids mouth wide open showing their braces!

The interior was nice though...

Retro Lincoln continental look works for us but the rear end finishes the deal for us.

Maybe they should change the name to the Zephyrgator?

And the 'L' version looks out of balance and sloppy to us.

That just may be one of the ugliest vehicles Ive ever seen.

Does anyone else think the end of Lincoln is near ?

They cant sell an Explorer.

They can barely sell an Expedition.

And their Fusion looks like a bust.

Theyre Dead Soon.

This new Navigator is D.O.A.

That's a lot of chrome! And it looks like flooring for some kind of factory (the kind they use for the second floor that you can look down thru). I agree with everyone else here...What the heck happened to the waterfall grille? And those gauges are definately a retro throw back to the late 70's early 80's.... a time in car design that didn't look so hot. What is Lincoln Thinking??? Oh I know, Ford runs it....if this is their "Way Forward", I fear that the are on a road to extinction...along with GM and their ho-hum makeover of the Tahoe, etc.

That interior looks like something out of an early nineties Ikea catalogue.

As for the Amityville Horror reference: I see it too. Hehe =)

The retro gauges are horrible. Looks like the dash on a '77 LTD. The wood is sweet. Who cares about the grill. Anyone willing to pimp one of these is going to get some super chromed out G-grille anyhow.

But on the bright side, if you slammed it 4 inches, it'd look like a Honda Odyssey from the rear. LOL!!!

Good call on the WORST of show.

Yes Joe. Especially with new Lincoln products, especially with the Zepher. Concept looked awesome, the final result: Yarf.
