Here's our favorite color on the new 911

We just love the new 911 in 'Slate Grey'.

But 3g's extra for the color is ridiculous.

They should offer it at the normal metallic upgrade in our opinion...

For something that looks like the color of a late 70's turd? No thanks... make mine your normal metallic blue option....and save $1500!

Porsche has options issues.

You can tack on almost $30,000 worth in all models.

The fact that a 911 doesnt have power seats and a Cayenne has OPTIONAL keyless entry, dimming mirrors, xenons is pathetic.

When a car starts at $75,000, I expect a little more

This was ONE (besides stylistic issues) that I cancelled my standing order for the next generation wide-body (C4S). Porsche has really upped the "nickle and diming" to a rediculous level. When I bought my current C4s (02) part of the appeal was all the nice extras included in the price. Who else, except for Ferrari - and we all know their customers feels great when they are getting hosed - can charge 3K plus just for an upgraded metallic. Geez! I'm thinking VERY seriously about Aston Martin and a little something called a Vantage.

Too yellow.

Stick with Seal Grey.

Most of the muscle cars tend to have an aggressive look to make them look powerful and that’s the exact opposite to Porsche, it has a fun and smiley face when looked at you thinks it’s an innocent child, though it’s a killer beast. What a beautiful concept from the Porsche guys. I hope someday I can afford one. :-(

I like that color, not sure about the added price however.
