Worst tease of 2009...the Pontiac G8. They give it to us....then they take it away!

No the G8 ST was a worse tease. It was announced for production then canceled in what 2 weeks.

I would have to agree with you there. The G8 was one of the best vehicles produced by GM...then it gets cancelled. :(

I'll start the fun with partial list...

About the R8 - I'm starting to see that car becoming the "last year's got-to-have-it car". You can walk into dealerships now and readily buy one off the floor (I've even been offered discounts)- seems like the 2 year waiting lists are gone. The R8 4.2 nicely equipped is about $125K - $130K now and the 5.2 is more like $150K -$160K. Those price points are pretty high for what you get. A 2010 Porsche C4S easily undercuts the 4.2 price and you get better performance from the Porsche. The 2010 Turbo undercuts the 5.2 price and again provides better performance. What you get with the Audi is the "wow" factor that you'll never get from a Porsche.

(message to fanboys - don't bother replying that the GTR blows the Porsche and Audi both away - I'm talking about comparing cars with great performance AND class)

A8? CLASS??? LMAO!!

with that eyesore GAPING so called 'blade,' the a8 has as much class (visually speaking) as the first generation viper with the oversize "gill" than made it look like a kit car.
