Nissan's Juke Comes Out From Its Shadows, Do YOU Want It HERE?

Nissan's Juke Comes Out From Its Shadows, Do YOU Want It HERE?
Remember last week's pictures that showed essentially a silhouette of a new Nissan crossover? Well, the official images are here...

Although there has been no word if the car will make it to the U.S., there will be a global media launch on February 10. Hopefully there will be more details on it then.

Until then, we can ponder "do we want this car in the U.S. market?"

Let us know in the comments below...

AutoExpress reports:

"Nissan's Juke is out of the box! Just last week the Japanese manufacturer released a first official teaser shot of its all-new baby Qashqai, and at the same time revealed its name - 'Juke'. And now, using that image as a guide, we have the most accurate pictures yet of the firm's all-new crossover.

With the mould-breaking Qashqai, cut-price GT-R and now this compact
SUV - designed to steal sales from traditional family hatchbacks - Nissan is fast earning a reputation for offering interesting alternatives to  established models in the market. And judging by our exclusive images, the Juke's compact footprint and Tonka-toy looks mean it has every chance of mirroring the Qashqai's incredible showroom success."

OMG they took a Kida Borego and gave it VW Beetle headlights!

Seriously, it is 2010. Can we get away from fugly clear chrystal lamps and do some projectors, HIDs, something?!? I would think since HID has been around since the mid 90's (Lincoln Mark VIII), that we would have been able to get them as standard if not inexpensive options in every car available. Heck, it didn't even take this long to add CD players as standard equipment. Nowadays it is MP3 hookups. But seriously, HIDs are now being surpassed as we are going to have LED lamps soon enough.

Shame on manufacturers for still thinking xenon is a $700 option (BMW cough cough).

Looking very original to me and not bad. I think it would be a good alternative/option to someone looking for Altima Station Wagon like model.

This thing is hideous! Gosh no, I don't want it here, because people would be dumb enough to buy it, then we'll have to endure seeing it for the next 10 years!
