New Supercar emerges – The Revenge Verde
If you’ve never heard of the Revenge Verde, then we don’t blame you, as we haven’t either. Besides the unknown company, the look of the car is very similar, well that’s because it shares a good portion of the chassis with the discontinued Ford GT. While the appearance is definitely eye-catching and appealing, the powertrain doesn’t disappoint either.

The Ford GT was a supercar, performing on spec with much more Ferrari and Lambo models, during production so why would this being related to it make it less of a supercar?

I think it looks alright. It certainly looks like a super car and if the figures are between 3 and 5 seconds it has super car numbers as well. Should be interesting.

What hasn't been given by the article is that this car is an eco car, with highly skeptical numbers of 110mpge (mpge=equivalent mpg... meaning this is probably a plug in hybrid) supposedly they are doing it with cylinder deactivation down to one cylinder and a mild hybrid approach. This all adds in as weight, so I guess that is where they don't really know where to put in the 0-60 times.
