GM introduces Pause and Play Radio to Buick Regal and Chevrolet Cruze

The pause and play radio has been a much-desired feature that is integrated in the Chevrolet Equinox, Buick LaCrosse, GMC Terrain and Cadillac SRX and, on the Cadillac CTS Jukebox and Navigation radio.

This pause and play radio, which was introduced by General Motors Co. in 2008, allows drivers to record live transmissions and listen to them later. It made its world premiere on the Cadillac CTS Jukebox and Navigation radio and it eventually became featured on the Buick Regal and the Chevrolet Cruze. Similar to what digital video recording offers, allowing the occupants to capture live transmissions and take a break while viewing.
