I dont know about the interior, but the exterior of this and the prado really makes you wonder whether whoever designed it looked at it at all.

Interior is to boxy for me. This look suitable for 2001. Not today.

Have you seen the new E-Class?

The E-Class cabin isn't as boxy as this. Besides, there is nothing wrong with boxy designs. In no way is this form of design outdated.

I am sorry but the interior has TOYOTA written all over it. It's way too boxy, bland and totally lacks any form of elegance whatsoever. The quality might be there, but from a design perspective I personally find it to be utterly horrible.

Haters.....Interior actually does look great. The simplicity of it speaks volumes for its intended demographic and the character of its buyers. While some would say "boring", Lexus is not jumping on a bandwagon and on that note they never have.

This is a great example of Lexus' mission to please the luxury in folks. This is why their sales of the RX dominates the industry in their respective category. Does the RX look slightly softer, maybe even more for females customers? Yes, but it doesnt mean its not going to be successful.

I wont even mention the off-road capabilties of the GX, however the interior, I find, is perfect. Not sure how else to improve this interior.

This interior is fine for a Toyota but not for a "luxury" vehicle as Lexus claims it to be. It is no better than the interior of a Chevy Tahoe.

A Chevy Tahoe wishes its interior were finished to the extent of the new GX or any Lexus.

Even an Escalade(Tahoe/Yukon) doesn't have as nice an interior. Sorry but that's the truth. I compared them!

They did an excellent job on the interior. This is the only true LR4 competitor on the market.

Yeah, most people dont understand the full capabilty of a true off-road production vehicle.

yep.

people need only examine the record of the GX's twin, the toyota 4Runner, which really has NO serious competition. to that excellent package, the GX offers a v8.

this will be yet another home run for lexus. which is prob'ly the MAIN reason all the haters are frantically deboosting. (even the valid comments!) lol!

ehh I don't mind it, it's better than the awkward swoosh design found in the rx.

The last truly luxurious Lexus cabin was the LS 460, this is just Range Rover lite.

New GX is a solid SUV that offers both luxury with real world capability. The LR4 and the Toureg are the only real competitors in this price range.

hopefully it's the best interior in the world....needed to make up for the mind-numbingly boring toyota 4runner exterior.
