2011 Bmw 335is Coupe and Cabrio will be available only in North America
In response to the increasing demand for a sportier car in North America, BMW is adding the 335is coupe and convertible to the 3-series range. BMW is slotting the 2011 335is just below the high-performance M3.

The car is able to produce 320hp – 20hp more than the 335i. It has more exterior features and it also got sporty upgrades to its interior. The added features will raise the price of the 335is to $50,525 for the coupe and $59,075 for the convertible. This makes the 335is about $7,000 less expensive than the V-8, 414-hp M3.

It's cars like this that keep me coming back to BMW. M3 is nice but I don't need such high strung performance...the 335 is capable...but it's not enough for me. The 335is...now that's what I need!

After 25 years of Mercedes ownership the M3 is so great I now have my first BMW. However it is a big step up in price especially considering $80k is a lot for a 3 series. So this 335iS should be a great vehicle especially considering it will have a lot more torque than the M.

This car is only available in North America because in Germany this car is still not fast enough for the Auto Bahn's. People there have a good reason to tune their cars unlike in the NA where crowded streets and patrol infested highways and interstates limit you. Over there you actually have a reason to "soop" up a Ferrari or Porsche.

Stateside you are good with a 370Z.

lolz.

M3 cost 57k? really?
no one pays MSRP, in fact, i received a lot of offer for 09 M3 coupe for around 50k. so, why bother buying a 335 when you can get M3 instead?

Show me a $50K 2009 M3 Coupe, and I'll show you a happily married couple that don't get into arguments.

Or you could troll Ebay/autotrader for a month or so as I did. Picked up an as new 08 M3 vert with d/c and every option. Sticker was $82k and I got it for $59k with 7k miles. I'm sure you can now find a loaded vert for mid $50k's and coups for about mid- high $40's with less than 10k mi.

Ive seen prices around Chicago like that too for M3 coupes and convertibles. That V-8 is so darn charismatic, it would be easy for a car enthusiast to just say "F" it and just get the V-8

BMW only sells a tick over 200,000 cars a year in the USA...why in God's name is every other freaking article about BMW's on this site? Clearly the other 10 million cars here are sold to people who like other cars better!
