Bored With Your GPS Built In Voices? New Garmin Application Lets You Record Your Own.

In the back of your mind you’ve always thought you could do a better job at announcing directions than your GPS device does, and now you can prove it thanks to Garmin who’ve released a free Windows-only application that lets you record and use your own voice with a select number of their units.

The app looks straight-forward and easy to use, and while Garmin claims it only takes about 30 minutes.

If you had an internet connection you can easily add in many voices to your GPS. James Earl Jones, Sylveste Stallone, Mr. T can all be available for you to have prompt you directions. It's been around for awhile, should have been mentioned here. Oh wait, I just mentioned it.

Maybe I could be a spies writer, lord knows I would have other things to write about than BMW 5 series and 335is'.
