TechArt Puts Some Flavor Into The Panamera, Do The Changes Make It BETTER Looking?

TechArt Puts Some Flavor Into The Panamera, Do The Changes Make It BETTER Looking?
Likely the most controversially styled car for 2010, the Porsche Panamera has held a few accolades that no car would want.

The legendary Jeremy Clarkson said that the Panamera was "...as ugly as an inside-out monkey."

Edmunds followed this up by calling the Panamera ugly, huge and incredible. Uh, what?

But you know what they say, sometimes the little things add up. So, TechArt took the Panamera and spiced it up with a little panache.

Has the Porsche specialist made the right moves? Do these little adjustments make for a better looking Panamera?

I think TechArt's always done a great job in making Porsche's look more unique. I think the Panamera looks better.

Agreed.

Love the little piece that changes the design of the rear taillights.

Slapping a tail on this car only makes it look more like a whale.

They really do.

And, have to admit, I've started to like this car. Certainly it's something unique, what hasn't been done before. Putting this much performance and agility into something this big, luxury and seating four, hasn't been done before.

Porsche have found their own formula on how to exist in full luxury market without repeating anyone else's agenda.

And doing something in a unique way while staying at the top in subject of technicalities is something to be respected.

I think Panamera in much more classy entry into a new market segment for the Porsche than Cayenne was.

As far as looks are concerned, the only so-so angle for this car is its side, where classical sedan or coupe shape could have been expected. Otherwise, it simply looks good.

I like the stock Panamera, so I don't care for the "enhancements".

Why? What does it for you?

Disagree with Techarts enhancement on this. The Panamera looks better stock. Too much flare/accessories on this car makes it look a bit "too much". Especially the front-end.

It looks good either way. It still looks like a car with a back-pack on from the side but the Panamera has won my love ever since the official photos were released.
