Porsche has finally announced pricing on the latest 997 Turbo to hit the streets, which will officially go on sale tomorrow. Featuring an all-new motor and the optional PDK transmission, Porsche has upped the ante significantly.
If any of you have driven a PDK transmission, you already know what I mean. According to some sources, apparently it is the preferred choice for seasoned race car drivers because it allows the driver to focus on other things, such as: later braking, steering inputs and getting on the throttle sooner.
Trust me, having driven the Panamera Turbo equipped with PDK, I know first hand. It is
that good.
Don't get me wrong though, I still would rather pilot a six-speed around town.
Pricing for the Turbo coupe starts at $132,800 and the cabriolet comes in at $143,800.
