Chevrolet Cobalt under investigation for power-steering problems
General Motors Co. said that it is cooperating with the federal investigation of its Chevrolet Cobalt compact car over complaints of a sudden loss of power steering. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said that it has received 1,132 consumer complaints.

You can still drive without power steering. Easily take turns. This isn't a huge safety issue like Toyota's gas pedals sticking.

lol huu when these Cobalts fuck up it's not like you can't control the steering anymore. You simply lose the power steering pump aiding you. If you want to see what that is like simply turn off your vehicle at speed.

The big diff is that Toyota built it's reputation on reliability and quality. Chevy Cobalt - not so much..
Toyota's problem is out of sync with who they claimed they were and is a bit like the TV evangalist or the Republican "family values" politician who is caught humpin a $5 crack whore.
