STUD OR DUD? Nissan's Juke Leaks Out Ahead Of Geneva Debut
Nissan dropped off the first  shots of their upcoming Juke crossover scheduled to debut at the Geneva Auto Show early next month.

Needless to say the Juke reflects current edgy look that Nissan is famous for, but it remains to be seen if stylish looks will be backed up with a VQ powertrain.

Slotted as the entry crossover for Nissan the Juke scheduled to go on sale in the U.S. this fall.

I like the Coke-bottle hips and the interior styling. The face on the other hand... it says "look away! Ugly duckling coming through"

DUD, total DUD

It's like a reverse Kia Soul. The Soul is all wrong at the back, this one is all wrong at the front.

I can hear marketing people at Nissan talking about how cool this thing is and how its going to attract young buyers ...

Well, its just another Cube/Element/Soul/Scion kind of car that will only attract old folks trying to look cool.

Wow, how many people styled this car at the same time it looks as if everyone got a single piece to design and no one ever talked to anyone. This thing looks awful its like a cartoon car....

I see french design..... Some very interesting designs though - I bet many people will not be able to open the back door. The face is so busy - what are those 3 eclipses for? Back reminds me of Volvo.

I hope Nissan recognises that people who find this vehicle unattractive or uninteresting will start calling it a Nissan JOKE. I think a name rethink should be first priority. Do I like the car? It will grow on me, I guess. It's not blowing me away like the Enclave did, but at least it has my attention.

Is mutant the new design direction for automakers?

I like it. But then I think most cars in the U.S. market are bland. I can see this car appealing more to buyers abroad.

Face is Nissan Micra/March, Tail lights are from 370Z and profile looks like Qashqai's. Name should have been Nissan Cocktail.

JUGNU

I was just reading about this in CAR magazine. Apparently the European press likes it.

"Makes the current Scion very boring in comparisson"

Huh.. Isn't it like telling a girl she's very cute, compared to Amy Winehouse ?
