Dudes, this is for heavy-duty commercial trucks such as the Topkick and Kodiak, most of which are only available with very large diesel engines. Somehow I don't think many readers would be buying them anyway. Secondly the price increase expected is $4000, not over $7000. The point of this presentation is to outline the competitive advantages of a gasoline-engine GM/Isuzu commercial truck compared to a much more expensive diesel, an option not offered by competitors (not Honda and Toyota, but International/Ford, Freightliner and Hino).
