STUD OR DUD? 2010 Mercedes-Benz CL Caught In The Nude!
Our spies have captured the 2011 Mercedes-Benz CL-Class almost without disguise during testing in Germany. The big two-door coupe model, which may be re-designated as the S-Coupe when it arrives in Mercedes' showrooms later this year, benefits from similar changes to the ones seen in the recently pepped-up S-Class sedan.
At the front there are new headlamp, bonnet and bumper designs plus a more pointed and tapering front grille featuring two horizontal bars instead of three, while Mercedes also added the mandatory LED daytime running lights as well.

stud in my case this is my favorite (CL65 of course) car. I would take a CL550 or an S550 coupe in a heartbeat. this car has been holding down the preium luxury coupe market for a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time since BMW doesnt want to make another 8 Series or a 7 series Coupe. this car has the roominess of a big car and the sleek sexiness of a coupe.

It's allright. Waiting to see the official pics.
Also, how is it "Our spies have captured..." and then links to outside publication?
Thats like saying "my spy Einstein discovered relativity and my spy Darwin discovered evolution"

supermoto - haha and a big cheer for you, you're dead on. this has been a bug-a-boo of mine with autospies' claims over the years. our spies are nothing more than other publicised articles. the only time autospies deliver from their own source is i) test drive events organised by the car mfr and ii) one day before the car show officially opens.

Looks like they:
1. softened the front wheel arches
2. made front grille more angular/larger
3. created greater hood articulation/vent strights/indentation
4. added a lower chrome strip wrapping around body/terminating at rear quarter panel
5. added LED strip in lower grille a la S-class sedan
6. integrated the rear exhaust in valence and added a chrome bar
7. separated the rear back-up lights now near the rear license plate
8. visually stronger looking/larger rear bumper
That's what I can tell from the exterior photos.
