2011 Acura TSX Sport Wagon announced for New York Auto Show
Acura announced today the debut of the all-new 2011 TSX Sport Wagon in April, at the 2010 New York International Auto Show. The new car which promises to offer a new solution to modern utility needs, will join TSX lineup, which already includes the 4-cylinder and V6-powered sports sedans, in the late fall.

They should have also offered it in Honda's lineup. But I guess this is there chance to beak it and charge 40k for a wagon. Too bad it would fit nicely in the Accord lineup at a high 20's to low 30's price range.

I guess since the TSX is based on the Euro-Accord they wouldn't do such a good thing. Maybe they will offer it as something new in the lineup then for Honda. It's a fairly big jump from the Civic to an Accord in terms of size. A TSX sized US Honda would fill a nice gap that has grown in recent years. The Altima was a great gap filler from the Sentra to the Maxima, but has grown to Camry proportions and left a huge market untapped.

It's either buy big uninspiring family sedans or small econo cars. Where's the in betweens.

about friggin time we get the euro accord wagon over here. I had checked it out on honda's UK website a while ago and liked it then, even has some safety features not available on the TSX.

I am surprised that Honda is going to try and sell this here, hope that it's a success. Much rather this over the hideous Crosstour.

Looks like a lowered Honda Odysey

This is a great addition to the U.S. market. We need more sensibly-sized and practical station wagons. Yes, it's too bad that there are not more station wagons being offered. Wagon versions of the Civic and of the U.S.-spec Accord would certainly be appreciated.

Let's hope Acura keeps the price reasonable. The only other real downside is the ugly Acura front grill. Maybe Acura will hire some designers to come up with something halfway attractive, like the plain grill offered on the car when it is sold in Europe as a Euro-spec Accord.
