STUD or DUD: Is THIS The Kinda French Action We Need In The U.S.?
Now, I know what some of you might be saying: "The French do not build a great car."

Well, no one said that the Italians did neither. What the French do just about as good as the Italians, however, is inject style and emotion into their products. Sure they are a little pretentious, but there is nothing wrong with that.

Would you welcome the Peugeot RCZ with open arms or a cold shoulder?

Let us know in the comments below...

Carscoop reports:

The European market launch of the most expressive and dare we say, beautiful Peugeot of the past decade or so, saw the French automaker releasing a trickle of photos of the new RCZ sports coupe that you can enjoy in high-res quality after the break.

Revealed in production form for the very first time at last year's Frankfurt Show, the RCZ is one of those few cars that made it from concept to production virtually unchanged. And if anything else, Peugeot should be applauded for its bold decision to do so...

Toyota and Lexus need to hire the Peugeot designers to make their lineup more exciting. Currently all they have is the IS350/IS-F, Lexus LF-A and maybe the GS450 and that is only model that is fun to drive.

Toyota bring back the Toyota Supra and give it 400+ hp and make it affordable so everyone can own one.

yup .. thats all we need, people who can barely drive a 110 hp Prius without worrying about "putting it in neutral" will "flip it" .. or the clowns who cant make out the difference between a brake and accelerator pedal..getting a "cheap' 400 HP car.

Factually, the original Supra was far from cheap and neither was its competition i.e FC . 300TT, Mitsubishi GT . which is why it was discontinued. Its fame is pretty much that it was constructed out of the box to handle enormous power and was just nominally limited by an unspoken Japanese agreement to keep it under 270 hp .
Plus any bloke who gets a 400 hp vehicle will be paying through the nose in insurance.
Frankly, the new 2011 Mustang GT is about as affordable you can get for
400 hp cars.
But if you mean light, fast and agile then yes the new FT086 may be your answer.

I love the car looks that above picture isnt its best as it looks better in other pics ive seen and in either white or black. It would be win for me if it had gutsier engines, at least a high end model with a turbo 4 with 300hp or a 6 cyclinder.

Great looking car, though it will never sell in the US.
A 35k+ FWD 2.0 fourbanger turbo is not exactly a hopping market.Audi will throw in AWD and BMW will fight with its 1 series.

And while the odd person will say bring it here most who want a FWD Euro Turbo car will get the VW GTI.
