Porsche denies plans to build a baby-Cayenne
As you may know already there were lots of rumors on the internet regarding a baby Porsche Cayenne dubbed Roxster. Today we wanted to find out if this car was still going to be developed in order to compete with the Bmw X3 or the Mercedes-Benz GLK and we contacted our sources from Stuttgart in order to find out something regarding this vehicle.

And what do you know! It appears that all of them were just some rumors and Porsche has currently no plans for a small SUV.

I don't know about this but for some of us this may be good news for Porsche because I don't think that the mini cross over really needed another competitor.... a big cayenne is good

This was conceptualized during Weideking's reign. Its a no brainer that Porsche will eventually come out with a baby Cayenne. Q5 = Roxster plus $ 20K.

With the success and profits that the Cayenne generates, Porsche has no choice but to bring out a smaller version.
