It used to be Cadillac was the #1 selling luxury car in the States, but those days are done for now cause Cadillac was watching Japan and Europe approach fast and pass them in the fast lane... More like Cadillac has to play catch up to earn back their position... better interiors and I think Cadillac could comeback (their exterior design on their sedans and convertible are pretty appealing to me at least)

The SRX is currently the weak link. The others have met or exceeded expectations.

Fix the CTS and SRX interior, and they'll continue this growth.

SO no one will best Lexus for real; but in perception, since GM was so bad for so long that they now appear to have taken a quantun leap when they are still struggling to catch Lexus; et al, and after 20 years as a sales manager I am delighted with my last 6 years as a Lexus salesman where I receive NO brain damage trying to explain why your GM vehicle does whatever, when Lexus just does it right the 1st time.

You keep bringing up Audi's inexpensive models. Are you trying to say Audi is not a luxury brand because they have less priced models in other countries (A2, A3)... Remember friend, Mercedes has an A-Class (cheaper than an A2) and the B-Class....BMW has a 1 series and MINI.... So to say Audi is not luxury because they have an entry level car is ignorant.
