Ferrari will launch a manual version of the California this summer
Expect the summer to sizzle further with Ferrari’s launch of a manual version of the California. We’ve actually known about this for awhile. Ferrari first confirmed in 2008 that the California would be offered with a manual gearbox at the folding hard-top’s launch.

There are reports that Ferrari expects a 10% takeup of this option as compared with the F1-style DCT transmission. Ferrari has yet to release the official performance and economy figures but there’s a leaked document claiming that the manual California can sprint from zero to 62mph in 4.2secs, making it 0.3secs slower than the DCT.

i really find it funny that people make fun of auto/ dct/smg/dsg transmissions yet they sell more than the 6spd versions...
i just like people who are real. 6spd is clearly worse than dct.
.3 seconds slower is pretty bad, than means if you dont drive 6spd well, it might be like 1second slower.
