Daimler denies rumors that Maybach could be sold
As you may know already, the Chinese media reported yesterday that a Chinese company was interested in buying the German luxury brand, but today Daimler wanted to make it clear: Maybach is not for sale!

Apparently, the so-called company interested in Maybach was BYD, a Chinese car and battery maker but it appears that they haven’t a chance. “Maybach is an important part of Daimler’s product portfolio.

I hope Mercedes don't make the same mistake twice the first one was the merge with Chrysler and now sale Maybach I don't think so. See about the BMW example all they bought increase theirs quality design and everything , like Land Rover years ago, Mini, Rolls Roice.

I will set the record straight once again. The merger or the hostile takeover of Chrysler by Diamler was not a mistake for Mercedes. It was a mistake for Chrysler.
