Mercedes-Benz working on a rival for the Bmw Mega City Vehicle

According to the latest reports, it appears that Mercedes-Benz begun work at its new hi-tech small car which will take on the Bmw Mega City vehicle.

Dubbed Project 50, the new car will have the dimensions of the original A-Class, around 3500mm in lenght but it will not use the old platform of the mentioned vehicle. There are big chances to see the rear-engine/rear-wheel drive platform from the upcoming Smart FourFour.
