Spotted: Fiat 500 in Fort Collins, CO

A yellow Fiat 500 was spotted on the streets of Fort Collins, Colorado following a yellow Mini Cooper. Both were sporting Michigan MFR license plates. Perhaps they were doing some altitude testing in the Rocky Mountain State.
