Not feeling this design at all. The S-class looks much better. That rear needs to change. But since it is a photo-enhanced picture i'm sure the design crew at MB will fix it up to make it the premium luxury sedan that it is known to be.

If this is what the final product looks like, I would suggest that MB go back to the drawing board. This is not a sexy car. This is not even a good-looking car. The current CL is a great-looking, sexy automobile. Too bad they couldn't keep it going.

what a dumb comparison.. obviously vw and others will outsell mercedes / audi, it's a quarter of the price!! and if mercedes / audi is as common as a vw - do you really think it'll maintain its premium brand?? do an actual comparison that means something...

Stop being dense.

It looks like the Lexus SC from this angle!?! I'm not the target market for either, so this is purely subjective.

I agree completely with PH - this car has toyota solara written ALL over it. I hope that this is a photoshop version b/c I am highly disappointed. I never liked the current CL that much, always thought it was wierd in proportion to the S-Class itself. But this one is 100% worse. I would take a BMW 6 over this model any day of the week.

It's hard to tell what it's going to look like from this picture. I think it looks more like a 2-door version of the CLS.

I pretty much like it.
At this time its just a photoshop, so the lights might be a little different from what is shown.

Looks half-way decent, but the design is a bit outdated, they could have done a lot better, but with all the bump ups in power accross the MB line-up the engine in the AMGs should be incredible.
