First 2011 Corvette Z06 Carbon Edition auctioned for $297,000
It will be sometime before the seventh-generation Corvette makes its debut so while waiting, General Motors aims to keep the C6 fresh with its introduction of the 2011 Corvette Z06 Carbon Edition. The special edition model will only have 500 samples built. The past weekend, the first car sold at Barrett-Jackson’s Pebble Beach Auction for $297,000. For that price, the winning bidder gets a few perks aside from the first Carbon Edition Z06 built.
