I think nearly all these concepts deserved more translation into real cars. What seems to happen too much is that the concept is dismissed, a "regular car" designed, and then some dumb elements added at the last minute to prove that the manufacturer is "daring"...examples would be the "blade" on the Audi R8 and the huge speedometer on the MINI.
