Audi wants eat MINI's lunch

I'm all for a wider range of products from VAG. I love Audi's products. We know that they will be doubling their product line in the next couple of years. The more German cars to choose from, the better.

I looked up the A2 on Google and up popped a small 4-Door Hatchback about the size of a Honda Fit, but with obvious Audi styling details (the grill with the interlocking circles), and with more of a fastback rear hatch (sort of like on the Dodge Calibur).

It might be a good car, but I certainly don't see it as a competitor to the cute little retro-styled Mini Cooper. It looks more like competitor to the Smart.
