PHOTO GALLERY: Beijing Motor Show - A Look At Some Of The Hottest Newsmakers

This past week one of the more compelling auto shows began and it was a press frenzy.

But, instead of showing you a bunch of products you do not care about -- example "A" being the Geely London Taxi -- we decided to take an alternate route and stick to the intriguing cars at the show.

For instance, take a peek at Ford's Start concept, which looks like it is borrowing some styling from Italian manufacturers. Not that anyone should have a problem with that.

Two thumbs up, Ford!

OR, if you want to get an idea of unique products that are not built for the U.S. market, like the Mercedes-Benz E300 long wheelbase.

Whatever is your flavor, Beijing is sure to please.
