Chrysler Nassau will be the replacement for the Sebring
Chrysler’s freshened midsize sedan that will be launched later this year will be named the Nassau, replacing the Sebring name, according to dealers and other personalities who are familiar with Chrysler’s product plan.

Incidentally, the Nassau name was given to a Chrysler concept car showcased at the 2007 Detroit Auto Show. A Chrysler spokesman gave no comment when asked about this name. Jim Hall, a consultant from 2953 Analytics, which advises carmakers on future vehicles, said that we shouldn’t expect the Nassau to appear like that car.

The older Sebring was an okay looking car. And then Chrysler uglified it. What were they thinking? The Artist's Deception we see here is definitely a step up, but I am not sure of the fish-bowl rear window.

Personally I like the overall design. I think a little different angle on the rear door window trailing edge a bit of tweaking on the nose could make it better. I like the read wrap around window... would like to see similar designs in the front of Saabs again... check out the Lancia Stratos and the old Saab 900 series for a good implementation of the wrap around look windows.

This name change should save them.

Is it me or are those headlights too similar to the Taurus? Had it not been for the badge I would swear this is a Ford concept car

Wow Good thing they are changing the name and hired(or just listened) to their designer!

Fair-looking car, but the name is just as lame as Sebring. No offence to the Bahamian members, but that makes as much sense as naming the car Kingston, Georgetown, Bridgetown, or Port-of-Spain. Stupid.
