High School Students Team Up And Build A Hydrogen Vehicle

Students from Hacienda Heights, California have built a vehicle with a hydrogen internal combustion engine (HICE) using a four-stroke engine from Honda. The three-wheeled vehicle runs entirely on hydrogen and uses absolutely no gasoline.

ICE hydrogen? Sounds like a fun high school project. Although, they would have found a more efficient vehicle if they used a proper fuel cell. Like this one I'm using in one of my projects...

we actually do have an vehicle that uses a fuel cell. It was retired since we had completed it and decided to focus our efforts onto HICE and complete it. It was called infusion and you can see more at www.lasv.org
