Breaking: NHTSA investigating Dodge Caliber for sticky pedal issue
According to the latest reports, it appears that U.S. safety regulators have opened an investigation over a potential sticky accelerator pedal problem in Chrysler’s 2007 model-year Dodge Caliber cars. NHTSA said that five persons reported this problem: the accelerator pedal became stuck and would not return to the idle position when it is released. Elkhart, Ind.-based supplier CTS Corp., the pedal manufacturer is also the supplier of pedals involved in Toyota’s recall, so it’s no surprise to see the same problem in the Dodge Caliber.

They should be investigating for Dodge even selling such a hideous monstrosity. A hatchback with an SUV stance? It makes my Matrix look lowered.
