NHTSA investigating Corvettes for flaw tied to fuel leaks
he National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has an ongoing investigation on General Motors Co.’s 2004 model year Corvette sports cars over possible fuel-tank leaks. On its web site, the NHTSA said that the defect could affect about 33,000 vehicles.

Thirty complaints were received over liquid fuel or fuel vapor leaking from tanks in the duel-fuel-tank cars. No crashes or injuries were reported. Alan Adler, a GM spokesman, said that the company is cooperating with the NHTSA investigation into the 2004 Corvette.

My God! Take 'em off the road. Ban them all before someone gets killed. How many deaths will it take before someone does something about this?
