Consumer Reports Gives First Impressions On BMW's New 5-Series
Just as I finally got used to the styling of the current 5 Series, BMW is readying the redesigned 2011 model. I saw the car in person last week at BMW's U.S. launch at a New Jersey race track.

It looked very proportional, though more conservative than the outgoing model. We previously tested two of  the current-generation 5ers, and it was among the most liked luxury sports sedans with our readers, according to Consumer Reports' last owner-satisfaction survey.

For BMW it represents 20 percent of the sales and 40 percent of the profit. Clearly, this is an important car for BMW to get right.

What Consumer Reports has to say about anything doesn't interest me in the slightest. They can stick to reviewing toasters or lawnmowers.

I am weeping. I hope English is your second language, because that would be about the only excuse I'd accept for your horrific butchering of the English language.

lol. i doubt anyone with such incredibly horrible grammar and spelling could hold down a job sufficient to purchase a 5.

Decent car, but defintely not something I would spend my money on. Would opt for the Audi or Infiniti competitor to this.
