Cadillac Lambda-based Crossover gets green light!
A Lambda-based Cadillac crossover will be made soon, according to Karl Stracke, General Motors’ vice president of global engineering.

Before GM went into bankruptcy, Cadillac had disclosed that it would design a large, 7-passenger crossover based on GM’s Lambda platform architecture that’s already used for the Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Acadia. But this plan was set aside when GM entered bankruptcy proceedings and subsequently emerged as a leaner company with government support.
