Bucket Head jumps on VIP car to protest blue light abuse in Moscow

One man in Moscow decided to take action regarding flashing blue rooftop lights found on the civilians' cars. Those kind of flashing blue rooftop lights are found only on official government vehicles that gives drivers the right to speed and cut traffic at will, but some drivers think that they are above the law when it comes to cutting through Russian traffic by using the flashing blue rooftop lights, illegally of course.
