Honda Accord Crosstour shows tiny problems in the IIHS rollover tests
The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) conducted rollover tests on several vehicles and the Honda Accord Crosstour was among those that didn’t do well.

Already, many observers expect this model to get an early refresh. The suggestions include a new face and a titanium-reinforced roof. In the latest tests, the IIHS didn’t exactly roll the vehicles. Rather, the IIHS pushed a metal plate against 1 corner of a roof at a constant speed.

Problems? If anything rolling this pig over might make it look better.

Hi Pontiac Aztec part II.

I got a kick out of that "an early refresh" and then they described replacing only the face and the roof. Because those are obviously the really ugly and usless parts of the car. Not the rear end. Nope that should never be replaced.

You know i've wondered every since this car was created...why! Just, why?! Did someone see the Malibu Maxx and think "Hmmm there is a sexy looking vehicle, why not give it some swoopy lines a plaster an H on the front. Everyone will love it." Or did they come across the Toyota Venza and think "Hmmm thats not quite car looking enough, a little to much CUV in its bloodline". Nooooo these people saw the Porsche Panamera and went "Now thats a perfect porsche. Why would I ever want to drive that stupid 911 thingy."

I realize when you cross a sedan with an SUV, you get a CUV. These things are useful for those who dont need to go offroad or inhale gas, but need somthing that can park in a normal parking space, or fits anywhere in a city, yet can haul a small boat and all the kids crap as well as get one to the office on a crappy snow day. Heck I bought my wife a CX7 and we love it. However why would you then take said CUV and cross it with a car? What are you trying to do here? Get a non performing CUV, which is already a downgraded SUV. Or is it you want a minimal storage sedan that gets poor gas miliage by being slightly raised with a minimally taller roofline. Honestly, why would anyone create this vehicle...and then sell it for $30K.

I guarantee you the designer for this can quite easily be found on peopleofwalmart.com.
