New Hyundai Veloster Coupe to make its debut at the 2010 Paris Motor Show
Hyundai’s replacement for the Coupe, a compact 2+2, will start selling early next year. The Coupe, which make its debut in Europe at the Paris Motor Show in October, is intended to rival the VW Scirocco.

However, the Coupe has the advantage of costing several thousands of pounds less. Autocar reported that it saw the new Coupe on a trip to Hyundai’s Namyang R&D center in Korea. It appears quite short, with a long and flat-looking rear deck, but other than that, can be mistaken for the 2007 Veloster concept. Insider sources hint that the Coupe will feature an asymmetric body, with two doors on the left-hand side of the car to allow easy entry to the rear of the cabin from the kerb.

You do realize that even though the actual production model bears some resemblance to the concept, will look quite different.

The ripoff remark is misleading concerning Honda's Remix concept, The Veloster is better compared to the VW Scirocco although the moving target in the competitive crosshairs was the CRX, a very good vehicle in its own rights.
