USA Today Finds A V6 Makes All Of the Difference For The Altima

Nissan, seeking to sharpen the claws of its contender in the midsize-sedan catfight, gave its 2010 Altima a different hood, grille and wheels and tweaked the interior and — voila — it's a whole different machine.

It must be noted, however, that the V-6 test car seemed as different from the four-cylinder tester as fish from fowl.
