Alfa Romeo's 8C Gets Put On Jenny Craig
GTspirit reports:
With the success of the more than amazing 8C Competizione we somehow expected Alfa Romeo to bring out an even better car. After several spyshots we can tell you that Alfa Romeo will present a GTA version of it’s sportscar shortly. The abbreviation GTA stands for “Gran Turismo Allegerito” what means as much as lightened in English.
The GTA will loose up to 150 kg (300 lbs) and will get + 500 bhp under the hood. That power is derived from the reviewed 4.7 liter V8 that currently is being used in the 8C Competizione and will it make possible for the lucky owners to sprint from standstill to 62 mph (100 km/h) in less than 4 seconds. Topspeed will be reached at 200 mph (320 km/h)...

Dont worry someone did give you a plus one for raging against the machine.
Just cause every accountant and midlevel manager owns a BMW does not mean they are the "be all end all of design". They should hire Scott Wassell to redesign their whole line and de-Bangle it finally.
Though keep the transmission, drivetrain and chassis. You still do those well BMW.

A really good example of Italian design. Congrats to Alfa Romeo on their 100th anniversary.
