Chinese Students build electric Bugatti Veyron using empty cigarette packets

In order to commemorate World Anti-Smoking Day on the 31st of May, a group of five undergraduate students of China’s Xi’an University have gone on to build a all-electric, functional Bugatti made entirely out of discarded cigarette packs.
