Nismo preparing Nissan GT-R Club Track Edition for Japan
A “Club Track Edition” is being developed for the 2011 Nissan GT-R by Nismo in collaboration with Japanese racing outfitters Nova Engineering and Nordring.

Official specifications have not been released but according to Nismo’s website, the vehicle will be stiffer and lighter, and will have a full roll cage and very little comfort amenities. The vehicle arrives in dealerships in late July. From the images that were released, the vehicle has six-point racing harnesses, Hans-compliant Bride buckets, and 20-inch Rays forged wheels from the Club Sport/SpecV.

The only Japanese sports car worth buying if you want that kind of performance. The LF-A is just a dinner piece but the GT-R you can actually drive it for fun. The LF-A will be for those with small ***** syndrome (hope I don't offend anyone) but go buy yourself a Ferrari if you want to spend that kind of money. LF-A is a superb car though don't get me wrong. It's great to drive one but the price tag of it's R&D is a bit of a publicity thing. Overall Lexus is still a boring brand with or without the LF-A.
