TEASED: The 2011 Ford Explorer Plays Peekaboo

TEASED: The 2011 Ford Explorer Plays Peekaboo
Ah, the power of social networks. Some firms are finally "getting it."

Anyway, Ford has released some teaser shots of the all-new 2011 Ford Explorer. And while you cannot see much of the car, they certainly have perked some interest.

Considering the vague shots, it looks like the 2011 Explorer will feature some intriguing lines and a blacked-out A-pillar.

Another exterior design winner from Ford? Time shall tell.

On that note, I have the sudden urge to go kayaking...

Hidden somewhere in these cryptic photos is the all-new 2011 Ford Explorer SUV. The pictures were just released a few minutes ago on FoMoCo's dedicated Facebook page.

They don't show much of the new SUV model but the plan is to slowly undress the 2011 Explorer through a series of pictures that will be uploaded on the much-criticized lately, yet massively powerful, social network site in the same way Honda did with the Accord CrossTour last year...

Actually, if you head over to insideline.com you can see some pics of the Explorer that have been caught with just the wierd tape stuff (if you wanna see more). I was too lazy to post that article though...
