113 Miles An Hour? Try 135, Officer
Police clocked Joseph Carbone driving 113 miles an hour on the LIE early Wednesday morning, but the Long Island resident insists they're wrong: he was going faster.

Cops allege that when they pulled Carbone's $80,000 Maserati over at around 3 am, the driver told them to check their radar equipment because he was really going 135 miles an hour.

And as if that wasn't bad enough, Carbone proceeded to tell the officer that that he had been drinking.

Unless Maserati deliberately calibrated the speedo to show speeds higher than what the vehicle is actually doing.

That way Masser drivers can feel good about cruising at 135-140mph when they are really doing 113-117mph

LMAO.
