Crash an Enzo and stiff your creditors, do not pass go and go directly to jail

Eriksson, 44, was charged for having failed to make payments on three exotic sport cars worth $3.5 million that he imported into the United States last fall from Britain, sheriff's deputies said. He is being held without bail, and immigration authorities are investigating questions about his visa status, said Steve Whitmore, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department

Ever since the wreck of the Ferrari Enzo in Malibu on Feb. 21, there have been questions about the circumstances of the crash and about Eriksson, whose fortunes appear to have soared and crashed with equal velocity. Until last September, he was an executive of a highly valued computer gaming company, Gizmondo, with a stable of enormously expensive autos and a huge salary. As of this weekend, he was an inmate in the county jail, booking number 8996096, with no cars.

Yup...less Enzo's = more rare = more $$$. You just have to be stupid rich to race one of those on the streets. I could see a track, but on public roads going 160mph and hitting a pot hole on some freeway....spin spin...whack...Enzo goes flying in two pieces.

One side note...HOW DOES ONE GET AN EXOTIC CAR SHIPPED OVER WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT FIRST??? I like ot know that secret.
