Lamborghini Murcielago is the least green car of the year
So, if the Green Car of the Year is Toyota iQ and emits an amount of CO2 equivalent to 99g/km, which is the least green car of the year you ask?

Well, according to ETA or Environmental Transports Association, the least green car of the year award goes to Lamborghini Murcielago, a vehicle which emits over the course of a year an amount equivalent to felling a football pitch-sized forest of trees. The Murcielago emits five times more CO2 per kilometre comparing it to the Toyota iQ.

I don't think anyone cares that a Murcielago is the least green car of the year, it's a Lamborghini not a economic Toyota. It's the same as me saying I don't care that the air that comes out of my 911 turbo is less toxic than the air in Metro Los Angeles. It's cool to know that but it wasn't the reason why I bought my car.

lol, this might be true if it's used as a daily driver. But I'm pretty sure the average toyota iq will travel at least 5 times more than a lambo. also, the veyron is closer to 6 times the emissions of an iq...

Speaking of the Veyron, that exhaust must be very restrictive. Imagine running straight pipes on that? ...prob like a 200hp increase lol

What a surprise! I seriously thought this thing was a close contender to the Prius in efficiency!

this is on here why? does anybody care? global warming is the biggest scam going follow the transfer of wealth. co2 isnt even near the most common element in the atmosphere. biology 101 plants and trees need co2 to breath and admitting o2 for us to breath. finally cap and trade will just transfer wealth to countries that dont produce anything, we will keep producing and buying credits from countries that dont produce anything. whats the outcome. same amount of production same amount of elements in the air just a productive nation giving free money to a non productive nation. sort of like welfare.

Awesome! Too bad it doesn't matter. A family car that emits less emissions will end up releasing more CO2 in the long run (like I care) since it is driven way more. This is just an excuse for the eco-nazi's to further regulate and restrict high-end sports cars.
